Hello,
I am a student in Germany right now, and I received an offer to work remotely for a company that is OUTSIDE of Germany (also outside of EU). They initially offered me to freelance, but I found out on the internet that freelancing is not allowed in Germany for non-EU students (got the info from [DAAD](https://www.daad.de/en/study-and-research-in-germany/first-steps-germany/side-jobs/)). The website also mentions that I can work for up to 120 full days (and apparently I can do that without the consent of Bundesagentur für Arbeit according to [here](https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/study-training/studies-in-germany/work)).
My question is that in these circumstances, can the company employ me for 4 months without me having to do anything official?

The company will need to pay German taxes and social contributions along with complying with all German labor laws.
