Hej all,

It’s my first winter here in Denmark, and where I come from, we don’t have heating, so I am not sure how to deal with this.. For the past few days, my heating isn’t working in all rooms but the kitchen..

I live in the ground floor, and the pipes going up are pretty warm, but the radiator itself isn’t. The pipes leading to it are also cold. See this photo for explanation:

I have tried releasing the air using the valve (until the water is out), except in the bedroom where the radiator doesn’t have a valve; but it is not helping.

As it used to work before this cold week, my theory is that if my neighbors turn their heating on, I don’t get any flow? Or Am I completly wrong?

I already contacted my landlord about it, but he’s pretty slow in responding.. so while he’s figuring things out, is there anything I can do?

Thanks in advance!

  1. Try removing the termostat, then find something you can use to grab the pin and wiggle it a bit, it might just have gotten stuck from se time without use, also the pin is on a spring so you should be able to push it in with something hard, if not it’s a sign that it’s stuck.
