Who the fuck breeds a cane corso with an American XL bully breed ?
Really needs to be some license for dogs mandating a minimum level of training. Cos I’d say a solid 80% of people o see out and about have exactly zero control of their dogs. No recall at all.

If 4 people in charge of a dog are unable to stop it from attacking someone then this breed is too unsafe to have it running on a streets of the UK.
Looks like all the dog walkers around here will need to tread more Caerphilly
How long do we have to wait until the government address this problem? Licences NEED to be a requirement for all aggressive dog breeds.

I have 2 big dogs and breeding,training and owner responsibility are more of an issue than the dogs.I’ve come across more aggressive small dogs than big ones, but a big dog can do more harm.
Imagine living 83 years of life only to be killed by some scruffy, ugly, brutish dog likely owned by some delinquent idiot

This is nearly a weekly occurrence now, and it’s utterly pathetic that nothing is being done. Always the same breeds, always the same excuses by people about it being the owner, not the dog.

We had a boxer. Looked fierce, ran like a bat out of hell but if came across a child or an older peson he became a gentle friend. In training, he paid little attention and at best appeared aloof but passed every test. I don’t understand why people don’t attend training classes. Dog are intelligent, powerful and willing to learn. Help them, yourself and the rest of us.

I think this is probably one of the worst deaths someone can suffer, poor old duck! So awful.
Oh what a surprise a dog with pitbull DNA. I’m so shocked. Christmas will now have been completely ruined for a family, I suspect presents were already bought, food sorted, cards sent. Because yet again a pitbull could not be controlled.
Some people will say “it’s not the breed it’s the owner” but it’s absolutely the breed in this case. Pitbulls should be banned.
I can’t understand why anyone would want to own any bully breed. They’ve been bred to fight, they’ve been historically rewarded for aggressive behaviour – that behaviour is still there and they can snap at any time. The people who own these breeds are always rough scumbags too, because they see it as some sort of “yeah im hard” status symbol.
There are so many big dog breeds that are lovely – labs, golden retrievers, German shepherds, greyhounds, alaskan malamutes…just to name a few!
