The livestream is from Santa Claus Village, a tourist attraction. They’re tourists calling/messaging their friends, families etc telling to take a look at the stream and then wave at the camera to send christmassy feelings to their loved ones.
They have a massive screen with a live stream of your office, they are waving at you guys.
