Gross incompetence in the Swiss real estate management sector. These companies are known to ask and gather loads of sensitive personal information such as criminal records, salaries, employer names, full personal details, etc. Now everything has been hacked and released online.
Unsurprising from an industry that can barely handle emails or care to answer the phone. This was a disaster waiting to happen.
This asshole of a CEO clearly doesn’t give a shit about the vast amount of confidential personal information his company just lost.

What a prick.
Is there a German or English link?
Good, Gooooood!
Another hacking in Romande. What’s it with Romande businesses and municipalities (esp in Vaud) in the last few weeks?!
Yeah, not surprised.
Cybersecurity is pretty much inexistent in a lot of Swiss SMBs.
And those who make the decisions in the companies are often immune to advice.
*shitty customer service, ethically questionable decision making, total disregard for anything not directly tied to profit*
Every Regies: THE BEACONS ARE LIT!!!!
Anyone have a list of affected régies?
What can we as customers do in such a case knowing that these informations are now officially available to every hacker on the planet ? Is there any way to hold these agencies accountable for hacks that will impact the people whose data has been leaked?
