Also interesting that most of the regular brexiteers here now insist that they didn’t vote for it, even though they’ll also assure people that it’s going fine.

Does that mean 25% thought Brexit improved business? That would be news!
Of course not but arguably it has increased PPP initially
Keeping aside political slogans, why would a deal be better than full membership ?
If it were then that would be bad for member states knowing that a non-member is getting a better deal than being a member ?
