That is correct and at the same time this does not give you an incentive to save energy, especially for those on a contract that follows the energy exchange rates.
I don’t get why they didn’t have % based excess liability for citizens.
I’m only guessing this is for residents, not people owning properties in Finland?
Most people won’t get anything with that!
And Sanna Marin is really social democrat?
