When sections of the target audience strongly don’t trust you, and you are seeking trust and suggesting better times ahead, I’d have stayed well clear of “forge”. A gift to them really.

This isn’t Leo’s mess tbf he’s been truthful since the get go it’s Brexit/dup fault.
The Tory government can’t win so I’d be more worried about a border poll actually being called before the next election out of sheer stupidity.

I do not like the guy but you can’t fault what was said in the letter nor the sentiment behind writing it..
It’s like a lizard trying to mimic human expressions – every word and twitch of a muscle is disingenuous at best.
If we have to have FG leading for another number of years, stick Simon Coveney (dodgy shit aside) in as leader – he at least led the response to Brexit excellently. Nobody likes Varadkar.
Does Varadkar even want Ireland to be an independent country? They seem happy being a front for financial interests and MI5. Massively expanding the landlord class is good for them not us.
