Looks very easy to DIY. Buy x meters of 28mm x 120 mm or similar wood at a construction store like K-rauta or Bauhaus and some 5,5x70mm screws or similar. A screwdriver, bit and a saw is all you need.
If you want to place it similar to that one between a wall and your bed, remember to leave some overhang on two sides to account for the floor trims.
Better to put a shelf on the wall, easier to vacuum the floor. Quicker, cheaper, more hygienic
