1. Because you’re 14.
2. Because you have bad acne on your forehead.
Fuck me, BBC churning out the young journos into woke idiots form and early age eh! You live in a predominantly white country and then wonder why the teachers are predominantly white 🤔. I wonder if there are students in Ghana (where his parents come from) wondering where all the white teachers are.
Isnt it something like 6% of the uk is black and of those only like 40% go into higher education?

its pretty simple: the population is 80% white, there are bound to be more white teachers by default bc of this. thats why.
Shouldn’t matter what you look like.
Eh, I’d bet that the teaching demographic breakdown is more representative of minorities than the country as a whole?
Ie, I bet more than 20% of teachers are black or Asian.
What an odd set of statistics to make a simple point, maybe just go with minorities are x% of population but y% of teachers?
The teachers have been hoist by their own petard, it seems. Should’ve spent more time teaching him proper subjects.
More interesting stats:
_three-quarters of teachers were women, and there were more female than male teachers in every ethnic group_
_92.9% of headteachers were White British_
