Hello, I moved to Germany on 28.09, and anmelded in a new apartment on 30.09. Then I got an exemption from the Rundfunkbeitrag, but the exemption is only valid from 1.10. Therefore ARD/ZDF wants me to pay for the whole September.
When I sent them the exemption, I explained the situation, but without success and now they send me the payment reminder.
Do I have to pay this even if I was only lived/logged in for 1 day or can I do something?
