Some do, but most either don’t care or they don’t want to interact with someone who might not be sober or doesn’t have it together enough to check if their backpack is wide open.
On the flip side, most people I know would help you if you were bleeding out or unconscious, so there’s that.
Most likely they did and you didn’t hear them or they didn’t bother as you wouldn’t hear them anyway. Headphones are the reason people don’t do it most likely, can’t see any other reason why I wouldn’t tell you about the bag being open.
Maybe it is high time to get a new bag pack with a brand new zipper? 😂

True fact: One thing I ‘learned’ at university— women often walk around with book bags not fully zipped much more than guys. Because guys have been taught it’s important to zip up.

I wouldn’t say anything either and I’ve not lived in Poland in 20 years. It will take someone nicking your shit ONCE for you to take some personal responsibility over your own belongings.

I have done the same, I mean forgetting to close my bag pack. But, I was not wearing the headphones. And everytime people have warned me.
IDk why do you keep doing it? Once or twice is an accident, anything more is a pattern.
I think most people dont give a fuck or are too shy to notice you. For example I do tell about open bags.

I mean, you have headphones on, thats alredy means that you could not hear when people said it and also some people just dont care, thats why its best to just double check if you do have it closed, cause you just never know

Of course we do it buddy. I left open my bag many times and always someone told me so. Maybe you were out of “luck” because I always do this
Instead of blaming polish people specifically, maybe you should make sure your bag is a closed and not rely on other people to tell you lol
I’m sorry king, next time I’ll be walking through the streets minding my own business I’ll make sure to pay attention to the main characters like you.
Next time you’ll have this problem remember that in order to zip a bag you need to grab the zipper and drag it to the other side of the bag. Hope it helped! :))

I am afraid to talking to people in general
People who pass you can’t notice that because it’s on your back. Someone behind you would had to catch up to you, shout after you or something. At the end it’s your problem and fault so why would they care to do that?
Learn to close your bag.
There is one reason that people didn’t mention here, but it’s important. If I told you about it, you would probably say that I opened it and stole your stuff. It’s veeeery common that if guy find someone’s wallet, walk kilometres to the owner to give it back, he immediately is a suspect and treated like a thief. Been there. Done that.

If I see someone that has his bag open, I always approach them and tell about that, unless they’re potentially dangerous (i.e. drunk) or have their headphones on. And I’ve been approached about this a couple of times too.
