Would a (hypothetical) tribunal for this war be in The Hague (like the Yugoslav one) or would it be in Kyiv?
That’s about .25% of the Netherlands’ GDP, which may not sound like a lot, but if the entire EU + US gave that amount, it would total around $100 billion for Ukraine next year.
