Why would eu care about wrong calculations? Eu can’t even Finnish its own yearly accounting books properly.
I don’t know on what authority the EU is suggesting this huge fine. It is the same way they treat the fisheries, collective bullying by irrelevant ministers from irrelevant states in regards to the topic in hand. This is what happens when you take huge loans from the EU. They are loansharks
