The judge gives them 2 months more to live rent free, like its come as a shock that they will need to move out and obviously they need some time to find somewhere else.
I would guarantee the other 3 named are already back in Poland and its been sublet for most of that last 2 years, guys probably made a fortune.

I’m so fed up of the Irish legal system being against anyone trying to make something of their lives by investing in a business or property. They should have been evicted with immediate effect. If they want their property, they could have till the end of the day.
For anyone claiming tenant rights are due here, these scammers abusing rights made for people who need help, they make rent more expensive for everyone else and are the reason small private landlords are leaving and institutional landlords are taking over. Which is not good for the people of Ireland.

What makes these cunts so special?
That really is ridiculous. Three years without even trying to pay anything or engage with the landlord in any way, they’ve already been told to vacate by the RTB and the District Court, and they’re still in the property without paying a cent and now the Circuit Court is giving them at least two more months of grace. And it’s not like they’re going to vacate in February either; they (and/or all the unauthorised lodgers they’re renting the place out to) will no doubt stay put until the sheriff and the guards finally come to remove them.
I’m all for tenants having strong rights, but there does have to be a balance as well. When a tenant is in arrears, there needs to be a quick and efficient way to have them removed from the property in a reasonable time frame. None of this nonsense with tenants taking the piss and living somewhere for years rent-free just because the system isn’t fit for purpose and it takes that long to go through the whole process to get them out.
Judges in this country are living in la la land. I’ve heard about one who thinks his lectures to criminals are so powerful they’re more productive and effective than a prison sentence, just demented.
Legends, fingers crossed for the next three years and the next four who do the same.
