Wrong question. It should be, if norway were in the top 100000000000, which number would it be?
And to answer that question, I would say “Unreachable”
They got nothing on fredagstaco and grandiosa

The square root of minus one.
England on the list is the most funny thing i saw today
Correction: “list of the cuisines that are most popular to like” because people haven’t tried even a third of what’s on this list.
The list obviously consist of what Americans or people in the “West” like or food they know of. So top 10 is mostly a rating of US take away restaurants. It has nothing to do with the best cuisines in the world.
I can almost hear their call: “Hi, this is Shadymetric asking, what are the best cuisines in the world?”
“Cuisines? What is that?”
“What food do you like?”
“I want a pizza…*burp*”
“Italy it is. Next question….”.
When it comes to breakfast food, I would rank norway high. Grøt og risgrynsgrøt er noe og beunder.. I mean wonderful..the land of porridge!
Godteri …how come you guys forget this?
What’s your favourite italian cuisine? Ah, 4.72, my favourite too!

Damn, as an Italian I have to say I’m happier of the fact that we are higher up than France than the fact the we are #1, lol
Ain’t nobody traveling to Norway for the cuisine. We have no business being on the top 50, so not surprised we are nowhere to be seen.
Italy does not have a #1 cousine when it comes to peoples healths.
just look at the pandemic numbers for italy that are a direct measure of the general public population.
norway did good so it might as welll be on the top of the list as the food quallity in general could be healthier due to the population being more conscious about the food they consume.
or people my just be eating shit thinking its good because it can be baught at the store and they buy what the eyes see just like in many other parts of the world.
its not a poem.
its a call to question what people put in their mouths as well as thru their noses and other input methods.
if something tastes good it doesnt mean it is. there a ways to fools the sensors and the brain to think its ok but the food can have little value as the body refuses to process it and big part of it just goes to the toilet.
everyone seems to know what they like and whata good for them.
the problem that some have low standards.
the bigger problem is that some don’t have a choice for the standard that they would want.
the biggest problem is that the average standards are low and what is defined as a norm could be so much higher than it is now.
Norway is a great example ofma country that found a way to trade their natural resources that brought benefits to a large number of their citizens.
Meanwhile some post-soviet union countries like russia and ukraine are not only mainting their corrupt systems that benefit a few but are also fighting for it making the life worse for everyone as the conflict heavily harms the resource availabilty.
ukrainians feel what it is, russians do to.
the rest of the word is not only watching but waiting for it to end.
however, countries sometimes forget their histories and do not empathise with other nations that might be struggling at the earlier steps in their evolutional development.
we are all people and we have to help one another.
thats the only way forward.
countries should compete not only on the list of best cousine but in the metrics that are undesired by trying to keep them as low as possible.
for example wouldnt the best country provide the best possible place to live for their citizens?
but where does it draw the line between them and regular people who are affilited with another country?
how does one become a member or a citizen?
also, is there really a need to segment people of the earth instead of saying that we are all part of one big family?
citizens of the planet earth?
Norwegians do have a traditional christmas almond cake that is perhaps one of the tastier things that are healthy.
So yea, maybe somewhere on the top 50 list.
We should really care about the bottom of that list.
So we have the data about the countries that are really in need for food or they are just being used for greenwashing?
A westerned might think an african fruit diet a malnourished one as according to their science it would lack the protein and maybe fats.
but how well can that science explain what makes carbohydrades different from proteins and fats?
what they are made of and material proportions on atomic and sub atomic (quantum level)?
Should be at 1. Norway have won the coocking world cup many times.
Why Norwegians writing in english to other Norwegians here?

Insane drop off after the top 20
nonsense list. Japanese food ranking is just overhyped. England has no business being anywhere higher than 3 figures rank.
I’d say same goes for Norway. US rank needs to drop way down. Also surprising that indonesia and malaysia rank so far apart considering their similarities. (same for china/taiwan, although i grant Taiwan has some food specific to itself)
Haven’t tried authentic greek food. i guess i have to now.
