I’ve fucking had it with these parasitic cunts making a living of OUR effort and OUR labour while they swan around talking down to us and doing the sum total of sweet fuck all.
Fuckers, all of them.
>NHS
Keep that word out of your rotten little mouth, Wes, you privatisation-happy shitlib.
Nothing controversial about this statement.
It needs fixing after 10 years of Tory rule.

It is though, it might not be working well right now but thats due to funding.
Every person on the planet wishes they had accces to healthcare on the scale we do at no cost, why is he lying?
It might not be the envy but at least we can mostly access healthcare when we need without worrying about paying, my Mrs is from Canada and their system is an odd mix of systems but she prefers ours
As long as it doesn’t end up like America I’m good
The NHS is not the envy of the world at all.
Other developed countries have better service and better access, albeit at higher cost through an insurance model.
So you want something done in the UK? Potentially year long waits, or longer. Want an ambulance? Tough.
So I am not sure why people defend it so blindly, it has enormous flaws, and those countries would not swap their system for the NHS because ultimately you might get low cost, but you also get lower service.
If people do admit that other countries do in fact have a better healthcare system, but that’s because the NHS is underfunded, why would they not agree to switch to the other models that exist (not everything is like in the US for example), and how much funding would the NHS need to deliver a comparable service?
The NHS is bloated, but you can’t even talk about exploring options without people losing their shit.
The NHS wasn’t the envy of the world on its best day, and it’s best days are long gone.
Wes is right. It used to be mediocre relative to G7 nations, then average for Western Europe, then about level with Eastern Europe today.
By 2024, it’s going to be even worse. Maybe folk in Somalia and Rwanda, Venezuela or Colombia might envy it… but no one in Europe does…
The problem with this, my dear Wesling, is that you know very well the NHS ***was*** unquestionably the envy of the world up until 2010.
So you see, your proposal that we all follow Tory think tanks like Policy Exchange, and do whatever they think will fix things, seems *just a touch* like doing the same thing again and expecting a different result.
And that, as we all know, is the definition of insanity.
Jesus Christ, what is the obsession with everything being “the envy of the world” or “world leading”. We don’t have to have the absolute best of everything.
There is nothing wrong with it been pretty damn good, which it was until it was fucked up.
Thats good news because the NHS isnt. We need to stop viewing the NHS as a kind of religion which cant be criticised and reform it. Ideally split into certain departments run by the state and certain private.
Don’t have anything to add other than this guy looks like Starmer for some reason.
This dude needs to travel more…

Even “broken” it’s better than in most of the world
NHS isn’t perfect, but my loved ones haven’t been bankrupted by cancer, and I don’t know anyone who’s killed themselves or died from treatable conditions because they can’t afford to pay…..I have American friends who can’t say the same. Even wealthy American friends whose families have been destroyed by the corrupt US healthcare system.
I’d rather Labour stopped pretending they’re an opposition party.
Right now it certainly isn’t, and after Wes’ ‘reforms’ it won’t be either
‘A badge of shame’, Stammer says to Rishni.
What a joke! Rishni has not not being in Office long. It is the other way around.
If Rishni and Cabinet decided on ‘Privatisation’, how many people does Stammer think will be able to cover their Medical costs?
More will be forced to work.
Lets see how many days/week/s they can continue, willingly losing their days salary.
Should something terrible happen to their Patients, it should be deemed negligence.
How many holidays trips have they made over the last 5 years.?

It wasn’t just the best. It was absolutely knocking it out of the park: [https://slideplayer.com/slide/16879523/](https://slideplayer.com/slide/16879523/)
Then came along a Tory government.

Everyone is having to adjust.
They should be given a choice to leave.
