  1. Just some additional detail.

This was bought off menu, due to food allergies, which greatly restricts options at the airport. And this was the price they pulled out of nowhere. It was not good quality.

I shared because the price they came up with for it, is frankly, outrageous.

  2. A lot of people giving you shit along the lines of “you knew the price before you bought it”.
This looks fucking disgusting and is an absolute rip. This monstrosity could be the last thing a tourist eats before they leave Ireland, it’s a disgrace Joe.

  3. Genuinely awful. Got delayed last night meant to take off half 10 took off 2am. They gave us a tiny 4 euro voucher to make up for it- only one place left open and it didn’t even cover the cost of a drink. Airports really have us bent over a barrel with pricing.

  4. I always try to avoid having to get food in an airport terminal. Price for one and the quality is piss poor.

If when you need to get something then they’ve got you. You are either left with a limited selection or only few places open. This is what they give you and you have to accept it.

It’s why I’ll go for the likes of Burger King ( or big brand franchsie) as at least it will be the same as you would get outside the airport.

  5. All brand names, a 4 pack of beans in Tesco is 4.25, 420g of pudding 4.40, 18 eggs 3.49. 12.14 euro and it would feed like 5 or 6 people.

  6. You got ripped off man, I got the full breakfast for around 16 including coffee so I don’t know what happened there

  7. For that price I wouldn’t be so surprised at the price if it was on a plate. That there is an insult. Did you insult the waiter?

  8. Miserable.

I paid for a couple of cooked breakfasts on the France ferry recently. Maybe 16€ and I thought I was being fleeced. But at least the plate was a decent assortment of egg, sausage, bacon, pudding, beans, toast etc.

  9. Boots meal deal is where it’s at, had a great sandwich, bottle of coke and millionaire shortbread for €5.99 or something.

  10. Jesus people, you can bring your own food with you through security, I don’t go near an airport anymore without a few homemade sandwiches.
