Don’t blame them. The pay review board is constrained by the budget the govt set and their remit is to balance the books not award fair pay rises.

Economic context must be 95% of the deciding factor then as otherwise they would be giving a massive raise recommendation.
And even more laughable

So you gave a shit pay rise for nurses who have barely had anything for the years before that and froze any increases for other public sector workers? Does he think this makes them look good?
