Hello, I am currently renting an apartment with a balcony near Frankfurt and about to end my lease. However the wood floor tile near the door of my balcony has become swollen with dark patches? I assume it is from water condensation and perhaps some sort of mold? I got a Schimmel spray but the dark patches did not clear up. Any suggestion on how clear this up? and if I do need to pay my landlord for repair how much would it be? Thanks for the help!
