Definitely Boca Juniors. There was a Tipp man involved in their founding however the jersey is suspected to have been based on the Swedish flag rather than the Tipp jersey. Another Buenos Aires club with Irish connections are Velez Sarsfields, though named after a railway station that itself was named after an Argentine/Irish person.
