I understand many people in Ireland find Christmas time difficult. Not down playing that.
But this tune goes out to all the migrants who can’t get home for Christmas.
Aussie dwellers will know this sing well but I think it speaks to any migrant who feels homesick at this time of year.
I had myself a little cry this morning. The song kills me but the emotional release helps me too.
I’d love to hear any other songs in a similar vein, pls share if you know one.
