This is Merseyside/Veolia exclusive as far as I can tell and doesn’t look as if elsewhere will be affected based off this article alone.
I don’t know if I should laugh because I saw this coming, ie more dead end job workers in essential roles striking because they can’t afford to live, or cry because this is a ridiculous state of affairs we’ve all been forced into.
If someone offered me £9.50 an hour to work in this weather, I’d show them exactly where to shove it.
The Echo is really shite isn’t it?
Recycling centres going on strike does not equate to **chaos**, not in anyone’s books.
