When I came back to Burgas after almost 3 years of being away, I noticed black little identical hearts quite literally all around Burgas. There is actually so many of them that if I took a picture everytime I saw one or few on a random street, my phone storage would be full. It’s not like they bother me, I actually find this very sweet and cute, but I was just wandering if maybe anybody has idea who drew all them?
