Looks lovely, hope you enjoyed it. Had few Christmas days on my own over the years and before my wife and kids. Used to always have a roast chicken dinner and settle back to some movie on tv with a few beers. Not so bad at all. Happy Xmas
Hello fellow Christmas Steak person! We had T-bone steaks, mash, mushrooms and onions and the very same pepper sauce. So good and easy to make. Couldn’t be bothered with the faff if turkey and ham this year as had a family Christmas last month.
