How to make mojo

  1. Just add oil and vinegar slowly, while trying the mix at the same time until you find a flavour you might like. I think it’s normally more oil than vinegar, like maybe 60-40 or 70-30%. But maybe some people like it with more vinegar. It’s just a matter of trying and finding how you like it more. Try to remember the consistency and flavour of the ones you tried and liked. You can also try with only a part of it, not the whole thing. Take a couple of spoonfulls of the dry mix and try adding oil and vinegar. And good luck!

  3. Bro thats bs! Im half canarian and mojo its extra easy to make. Red bell pepper garlic cumin oil salt and vinegar all mixed until you get it emulsified. I like to make mine with lemon instead of vinegar cause I kinda hate the taste
Just be smart dont put a tone of anything and experiment with the quantities of spice.
