14. Apparently in Kujawy they’re called “zrazy”.

    Meanwhile in Wielkopolska “zrazy” is the name for *mielone*. And in Mazowsze those are called “kotlety” – the name everyone else uses for *schabowe*.

    Anyway, rolada is very good with *kluski śląskie*, but i prefer it with “pyzy” – that’s what us Wielkopolans call *kluski drożdżowe* and everyone else calls *pyzy ziemniaczane* – potato dumplings with meat inside – but that doesn’t match *rolada* as well

15. Man, Polish food would be internationally known and loved if it didn’t look like total shite. I mean I love pierogi, bigos and żurek but they definitely lack the visual appeal.

20. Oh only if these would be Kluski Śląskie… Unfortunately, these are just Kluski. The truly Kluski Śląskie are grey.but if you want truly Silesian dinner, then there should be also boiled red cabbage.

24. Shit, today was the day when my Silesian babcia and my Kresowiak babcia decided to make Christmas dinner together. I’ve never ever thought that pierogi with rolada is so good combo. Gumiklejzy are good too, if you want to eat rolady in classical way
