Apart from great meatballs, the potatoes looks super Swedish too, never would have guessed this wasn’t cooked in Sweden!

Peel the potatoes and you’re good.
Cucumber and lingonberry are chef’s kiss. The ball you def want less heat and cooking for a longer time, turning them brown all around with less burn. You will need thicker gravy for boiled potatoes!
