Brocoli Sprounting is one of the best things ever! But…. use Parma Ham next time to wrap it up, trust it, it will look nicer and taste nicer.
Wellington. Ah, one of the trickiest dishes to make. The way it is in picture, I presume its open already? If yes, then the its done pretty damn good. It’s not easy to make Beef Wellingtons and still have pink beef. Good job.
Cristmas by yourself might suck. Just don’t assume having people around Xmas is better. Grass is always greener and all. All in all, still a very nice dinner and I hope next Christmas you will have the one you hope for!
Wrap the broccoli in prosciutto instead of rashers.
I really want to do something like this for dinner next year. Turkey is shite. I feckin love ham though…so that will have to stay.
Bit of bread soda and milk helps if no Rennie is about. Knock it back at speed and belch yourself back into soothing comfort

Nice bottle of wine! Dave Matthews band wine iirc. Haven’t had it in a while but its lovely.
We had beef Wellington too, sister cooked it to perfection. Also a wee ham and a roast chicken for meats with Patatas a lo pobre, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, diced veg and gravy to fill out the plate. Some feed, also had a trifle and a chocolate mousse for dessert, pure decadence.
Decided on the beef after we figured a turkey would be too much for just three, but then kept adding, first the ham and then the chicken, just in case. Plenty of leftovers to go through now, happy days.
