1. I’ve started checking eBay sellers’ mailing options and if they use Evri then I don’t buy from them. Evri are useless.

2. I stopped using evri when they lost 3 items in one week worth £50 each. Changed to Royal Mail, more expensive but haven’t had a lost parcel for over a year now
