Not really understanding this tbh, Ukraine obviously had judges before the war so I would think they should be capable of doing this without our training?
Also the UK: trying to pass a law giving soldiers who tortured and murdered innocent people in Northern Ireland immunity from prosecution 🤔
If they’re trained by the UK, these judges will start handing out suspended sentences and community orders for war crimes
The judges’ training is run by Sir Howard Morrison, a British judge who worked at the International Criminal Court and on the International Criminal Tribunals for Yugoslavia and Rwanda. – Sounds like we got the experience for helping Ukrainian judges and I can understand why it’s all done in one country but don’t know what made it us over places like France etc

Can UK first train it’s own judges to trial British armed forces and politicians for causing millions of deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq and numerous other countries?
