i mean depends by what u mean , when i first think of Cypriot cuisine i don’t think about feta or tsipouro , i think of souvla , halloumi , zivania etc.
but we still enjoy the food originating from Greece and at least in my friend circles we enjoy a good tsipouro every now and then but we don’t regularly consume lachanontolmades as Koupepia are more common here (grape leaves instead of cabbage )
No they dont
Lahana sarması(first one) exist in north but i don’t think it’s Cyprus cuisine
In Cyprus cuisine koupepia with lahana instead of grape leaves exist but in Cyprus what we call lahano is different than what lahano is in Greece(I think kn Greece it’s κραμπί;).
