This is stupid. He has the naturalisation documents. They should just chuck him an emergency passport and fix the situation from home.
Makes no sense to me; the passport you’re travelling with has no bearing on your right to be in the country. If he had a visa the Ghanaian passport should be sufficient, so why is it insufficient when he has proof of naturalisation.
