Is this just gonna become another exploitative hashtag fest on Twitter about misogyny or bigotry in Irish society? You know, the ones where everybody is desperate to have their pithy little sound bite retweeted until certain details about the perpetrator come out and suddenly it’s forgotten about?
The Aisling Murphy case and the Sligo killings come to mind. Everybody worked themselves up into a frenzy until the facts no longer fit the narrative, then just silence as if it never happened.

Genuinely hope the Irish authorities deport this man to Brazil.
Reason why: Irish jails will be too kind to him. He needs some of our medieval jails in Brazil plus has to be used as an example for shaming the Brazilian community. Irish Government shouldn’t pay a cent for this waste of space to drain the system while so many of us wants to contribute to the society.
