Hey guys, a neighbours dog has been hanging around our back garden He has been barking every night for ours and his fur is matted and covered in muck and he is very thin to the point I can feel the poor things bones under his fur. We have been feeding him and considering keeping him in our house at night for a while temporarily under we get him sorted. The neighbours have been away for Christmas and have just left the dog unattended. We have submitted a form to the ISPCA but have heard nothing back. We can’t approach the neighbours ourselves as they are not friendly and we’d nearly re-home him unfortunately he is not ours to re-home and incase they find out. I’m not sure what to do but it’s so cold out and I don’t like going through the day knowing that he is being treated the way he is.
