Okej, malo bolj v kontekstu, zelene države so pod pritiskom državnih bank v rdeči barvi, ker te zaradi visoke inflacije dvigujejo obrestne mere in delajo kredite zelo drage za zelene. To je v glavnem to, ostala solata od teksta je bolj diplomatski balast.
