Hi there. Got myself one box yesterday, and I was amazed by the taste. Are these popular in Bulgaria? Which flavour should I try next?

  1. So happy to see you liked one of our snacks 🙂

Agreed with the other comment, try Trayana (Траяна). Also Троя (Troya) is my favourite Bulgarian wafer.

  2. Definitely try the coconut ones. I think that Чудо actually tastes better if it is chilled, that’s why I usually store it in the fridge.

  3. Ive seen these in quite a few stores so I assume they ate somewhat popular but Ive never actually had them.

My favourite sweets we had as kids were in the following order: Moreni (Вафла Морени), Lyubimka (Меденка Любимка), Holiday (Суха Паста “Холидейка”)

  4. If by popular you mean “found almost everywhere”, then yes.

You can also try the smaller waffle of same brand (80 grams).

If you are looking for a chocolate, you can try Млечен (also popular brand) — it’s my favourite. Casual blue themed or the purple themed one (hazelnut and raisin, warning: super sweet) are my favourite

  5. Where did you get them from? I can’t recognize the language on the right and I’m surprised those are distributed abroad

  6. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Stay away from this brand. I honestly believe they use the shittiest quality products. Everything has that oily aftertaste. Tell me I’m not alone…

  7. loved them back in the day, when I had no idea how bad these type of waffles are for your health

  8. I LOVED these as a child. 10/10 Amazing. I don’t think they’re that popular though. I’m pretty sure they have a hazelnut flavor, you could try that

  9. Most of the SweetPlus’s products are filled not only with **palm oil, but the hydrogenated type**. So, beyond the good flavor, there is nothing good about it. Sorry to disappoint you.

  10. It is funny to me (as a Polish), becouse the name of that cookies is Zydo which is very similar do Żydo, a strange distortion of the Polish word “Żyd” which means a Jew.
edit: I know that it is written in Cyrillic, but that’s just what came to my mind.

  11. I love how none of the kids here realize OP isn’t in Bulgaria and bought an export version meant for Israel. Kids thinking we don’t have export and Bulgarian stuff isn’t sold overseas.

    Interesting fact :

All McDonald’s dips are made here and exported all around the world.

  12. Is that hebrew writing on the box? I had no idea those were to be found all the way out there in Israel. I am genuinely surprised. 😯

  13. If u ask me, anything from the sweet plus brand is really good, they are really good quality (especially the chocolate they use for stuff) for the price and I really can’t think of anything that tasted even mediocre from what I’ve tried.

  14. Try the chocolate dry pastries that have “Негърче” written on the box. They taste amazing. Most politically correct bulgarian enterprise.

  15. Honestly I got hella addicted to those the last month or two. Like I knew about them and would get one every once in a while, but all of a sudden I’m really into them.
