I haven’t seen a thread on this here. I don’t know if people here care for it, so I decided to share some information.
With the 2022/2023 meeting in Rostock, Germany just having concluded, Ljubljana was announced as next the next host.
The Taizé comunité is an ecumenical organization based in France. Meditation, contemplation and prayer are central elements to their lives, and thousands of young adults from all over Europe are drawn there each year. In the european meetings, participants are mostly accomodated in host families in and around the host city. Though they are only at their accomodation for sleeping and breakfast – throughout the day, prayers, discussions and workshops are held. Large fairgrounds such as the HanseMesse in Rostock serve as main venues, but many activities are held in the smaller host communities as well.
