What do they plan to define personal data as, what do they intend to define in the public interest as and who will make these definitions and regulate them?
Holding journalists to account for publishing personal data that really shouldn’t be published along with misleading and biased journalism is no bad thing, but this could very easily be used to exert control over the press.
