As far as I know, when the landlord registered your tenancy, RTB Reg Number was assigned to the tenancy.
Confirmation of this would have been provided to your landlord and yourself
I just left it blank. It didn’t stop me from proceeding. My place was registered with the RTB yonks ago though I very much doubt my waster of a LL has renewed it.
Looks like you can just leave blank, the required items have an asterisk next to them.
Hey OP, where on the ROS website do you fill in the form? I can’t find it
I think it was incorrectly made available, I just tried to claim and I see this notice now.
“The Rent Tax Credit is currently unavailable to claim in the tax year 2023. We expect to make this Credit available to claim mid-February of this year. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
What’s the meaning of gross relief for amount declared?
I can choose €2,500 which gives me a credit of €500. Is that correct?
Since 2022 has passed are they paying it as a lump sum or as additional credits for 2023
