How about avoid underfunding the NHS and depriving much needed staff of their rightly deserved pay? This bunch of stupid cunts should be forced to use the NHS, banned from private healthcare services. See how quick they put proper funding in place then.
Between an ongoing illness and some issues with my kid I have spent quite a bit of time in my local A&E and I have to say it wasn’t exactly full of people in Karate uniforms & Rugby kits.
The problem with social healthcare is you can only ever really have 2 of the 3 aspects of healthcare.
Quality, availability, price. Generally speaking you can only have two of the three at any given time.
How about just increase the wages so they aren’t getting a pay cut for an increasingly difficult job and then let us all play flame rugby on ice whenever we want

I work in the NHS. The Government wont give nurses a rise as it would mean giving every NHS worker over band 4/5 a rise.
The NHS pay structure is the same for everyone. So a nurse on band 5 wage is no different to admin on band 5. So they have to give everyone it. Then they have to increase the wage of band 6, 7 onwards as a result
They deserve it, but unfortunately arent happening
Not that you’d get an ambulance much faster on a normal day after so many years of masterful Tory stewardship.
I remember something like this during Covid… too.bad people didn’t raise a stink about it then….
