  1. Oooh. It will be interesting to see the engagement this thread gets.

The opposite usually attracts all sorts of throwaway accounts full of mischief.

  2. Fuck this woman, all she’s doing is making it worse for woman who have really been raped or victims of sexual crimes

Also, why are people so fixated on “Asian Grooming Gangs?”

Why can’t we focus on prosecuting all Groomers, Rapists and Pedophiles?

  3. People who willingly tell lies about crimes like this should automatically get the highest tariff for the crimes they claim they have been hit by. Disgusting and not only hurts the innocent people she accuses but genuine victims too.

  4. There were a number of victims who were not Asian. She was an equal opportunities cunt.

One of the guys was 18 and spent 4 months in custody until charges were dropped.

Even after this there’s when was able to raise £22k on JustGiving and had a large number of supporters.

  5. The thing I find most frustrating about these cases is that if those men had been convicted they would be facing very long prison sentences and because she accused them of serious sexual offences they would have served two-thirds of what ever sentence was imposed; but, she’ll probably get between 2 and 5 years and will only serve half, meaning she’ll be out in 12 months to 2.5 years time ready to do it all over again.

  6. Good.

As a rape victim who had to suffer through disbelief from the police and an inability to find any sort of justice, from the bottom of my heart fuck this woman and anybody like her. Not only do people like this ruin the lives of the innocent people they accuse of probably the most hated crime we can imagine (with the exception of anything done against children) they make it harder for real rape victims to get the understanding and belief they deserve. To do this for…what? A sense of power? Her own sick perversions and fantasies? Whatever the motivation, it’s truly sickening. I’m glad she’s been found guilty and I hope to God it dissuades anyone who was thinking of pulling the same sick little stunt again. Off she goes to prison.

  7. Am I the only one who struggled with this title? Thought the woman was the one who made the grooming gang at first, quite confused.

  8. Sounds like she selected her victims randomly and included people she’d never even met. What a terrifying person

  9. Well, avoid Barrow-in-Furness. Read a Cumbrian article saying at least one family left the area due to this and there was supposed “harm to various businesses”, whatever “harm” means.

  10. It hurt itself in confusion.

In seriousness, Asian grooming gangs are a huge problem up here and she’s totally undermining a lot of hard work to even get people to acknowledge them. Nob!

  11. I hope she rots in jail. What a scum… Women already have it hard to prove real abuse and these kind of things make it even worse for real victims. Piece of shite… And a racist, to add more to the pile of rot she already is.

  12. This whole thing was stupid. I live in Barrow and the “Justice for Ellie” signs were still up a few months ago.
There’s people still defending her. It’s amazing.

  13. >Eleanor Williams, 22, put pictures on Facebook and claimed she had been groomed, trafficked and beaten – but prosecutors said her injuries were self-inflicted with a hammer.

Tad concerning that this person was so committed they took a hammer to themselves to sell their lies

  14. Can we please stop saying Asian grooming gangs and refer to them as Pakistani grooming gangs. There were no Buddists, Sikhs, Hindus or Jains involved nor were there people from other regions. These were Pakistani Muslims who were using non Muslim girls as sex objects and using their religion/culture as justification

  15. She should have been a backbench MP. Then she could have made any claims she wanted, and it would have been a ‘brave stand’ regardless of any burden of proof.

  16. People who lie about this sort of thing do a terrible disservice to real victims of these heinous crimes. i dont think false accusations are the main reason women aren’t believed as much as they should be, but they certainly dont help

  17. The media couldve written the article better for those feeling silenced by ‘commonlike causes/tactics’ that would lead to a vulnerability.
Theres a lot going in recent years with social media safety & security in general. Profilling wasnt an issue or a cause for concern years ago.
Perhaps this is why people are blammed for things?Sad individuals or groups of people have that mentality & sadly the age groups they target as they get older usually become younger driving around in vans or cars ive heard rumours in the past.
These characters or kinds of people dont listen to discipline. It fuels thier esteem. They feel they can repetitively apologise until they relocate and if they make it out they hide behind thier religion or go into witness protection over drugs *and move to another country/city*
(This is how grooming gangs & individuals end up with foreign residency/mitigation from the UK(Europe) in California in the past 10 years for example, the UK goes through many recessions and inflation hikes from digital currency just so these people live comfortably in America *Because the UK is responsible for them* whilst others struggle on minimum wage dependency and the media advocates this & the asylum mitigation is in tatters.
These people are usually the families or individuals that ars shipped out of India having a similiar mentality/behaviour pattern.
Individuals feel rewarded or extremists see it as a golden ticket exploiting the criminal justice system “to be rewarded”. Along with communal gathered expenses.
Individuals/groups evidently meetup in other places to repeating.. Individuals have been known to become serial whether they go to prison or not.
Reading past cases reports arent always made at the time if it happens or if theyre aware of the common causes depending on the individual or severeity.
Individuals groups or gangs when they do this stuff off the radar or randomly target or go through a string of people (guys also) before theyre caught or otherwise.
There is two sides to most cases.
For the people out there looking to make a quick buck from their nice friends because their bf punched them in the face this article is written in reference.
*Generally/maturely; people are responsible for thier own actions.
Guys especially, always keep the same phone number or the same media profile.
