yes, it’s normal to be asked to return accidentally paid money. I was ‘paid twice in error’, and had to return the 2nd credit to my account.
A possible issue is that the recipient may well not have realised it was an error and spent it, so that could be incredibly annoying. I wonder if senior managers would pay back such a thing?
Just clickbait this shit happens all the time in every industry. Ignore this post, just more media trying to stir shit up at the moment 😒
And so they should because otherwise it’ll mean those that did do the hours and shifts required to be eligible for the bonus will be the ones being treated unfairly.
And? This happens all the time. It happened to me a couple of weeks ago. What makes NHS staff so sacrosanct that they shouldn’t have to pay back money that isn’t rightfully theirs?
There’s plenty of evidence to crucify the Tories with without making mountains out of molehills.
Are they expected to pay the gross or net amount back?
How has this effected anyone who is on universal credit?
How will the NHS claw back the money paid into their pensions?
This is royal cock up.
So, they can pay back in ‘affordable’ instalments? That’s good. When they get a realistic pay rise then.
