
Who else is at Partena (Helan)? Lately they keep refusing all sorts of payments that were never any problem for +10 years while their terms did not change. I always have to object, call, email, … before they refund. Sounds like they are running out of money…

I have a special need kid and they are making me crazy on how inefficient and inaccurate they are. I am turning rageous.

Maar zou het te maken kunnen hebben met de samensmelting met OZ? Even zoveel mogelijk cash binnen proberen houden om kunstmatig de cijfers hoog te houden. Misschien beïnvloedt dat een of andere verdeling?
i also went from partena -> helan and needing them a lot i will now follow this up much closer.
they already announced they are not doing the special needs kids summercamps that my daughter went to before.
OZ here and haven’t experienced anything like this. Will keep a closer look now though, especially because of a special needs kind like a few others here.
No problems here: I’m seeing payments as early as two days ago, trough December even going back to November and October
I’m with Partena and their response time is just terrible since the beginning of November. Normally I get my payments within 1,5 week- 3 weeks. Now I have been waiting for payments for almost 6 weeks. I asked after 3 weeks what the hold-up was and received a response that it would be handled within 7 working days. I asked again after that and was told that it would be looked at as soon as possible.
Maybe a combination of lots of sick people and people having to take vacation days with more work due to the fusion and the end of the year?
From 29/12 till 3 or 4 /01 they can’t be reached either due to the migration of the systems.
