Four-day work week: How we got here – and where next

  1. I’m guessing it’s jobs where the work could all have been done in 4 days if they’d put their mind to it.
I can’t see how you’re going to have 4 day ambulance drivers or train drivers, so by presumably not getting their hours cut, they’re going to start fighting for pay rises. (plus umpteen other vital professions)

Any firm wanting to decrease it’s staff’s hours for the same pay is at liberty to do so.
