No wonder you only eat lutefisk because of tradition when that’s how you prepare it. I have never seen anybody have lefse with lutefisk, and what are those meatball things?
It’s not as black and white as you describe it. There have always been some variations of what people eat during Christmas, and it also varies on where you are from. People still eat lutefisk at Christmas, or have it during the holiday. We eat it because we like it, not because it is tradition.
Lefse might exist, but it is not a christmas staple in Scandinavia? And “Lutefisk is definately not a thing in Scandinavia anymore”?? Where do this guy think Olsen fish company buys all the lutefisk/stockfish from?
This is so ignorant. This like straight out of r/shitamericanssay
