  1. Preparing means the sender has not handed over the parcel to Bpost. Check the delivery times of the product/site you bought (from). Two days is a bit early to go and contact customer service when they don’t even have your parcel yet.

  2. “Preparing” usually means that the sender has printed the shipping label, but hasn’t yet delivered the package to bpost.

  3. Wait. In theory this status means that bpost hasn’t even gotten your package yet, it’s just the seller that has printed the shipping label. In practice bpost seems to fudge these statuses a bit, to make their reports look better. But for the cheapest shipping options, it can indeed take a few days for a package to get delivered.

Calling them is just going to cost you time.

  4. First of all, like many has said the sender probably didn’t hand it over yet.

Second of all: even if they did, you as recipient can not make a formal complaint, only sender can do that. So you’d have to contact sender so they can ask an “investigation”

Third: bro, its been 2 days!!!!! Letters take sometimes up to a week to deliver even with Prior stamp.

  5. Chill dude, bpost hasn’t even received the package yet. Bpost deserves a lot of rage, but in this instance it’s not on them.

  6. As a facteur it’s quite frustrating seeing posts like this. We work like slaves and then come home to see posts like these where people shit all over the work you do.

Edit: while it might not even be on Bpost’s end.
