What about ETIAS?
Despite the idiocy of the visa system, this is a non-issue for northern Irish tourism. If I am a US tourist, I can come and go across the NI/Irish border to my heart’s content. Last time I checked, there were no visa checks on the border. I’d expect it to remain that way. If I wanted to go to NI, I’d just still go there. In my rented car. On the train. On the bus. No hassle.
