Czech officers arrested an armed robber after 27 years, who was glad that he had finally been apprehended andeven allowed him to pick up his medication at a pharmacy for his good behaviour before being transported to a police station.

“It came as a surprise to the detectives that instead of an aggressive robber they arrested a sixty-eight-year-old man on crutches who was literally looking forward to meeting the detectives. According to him, he was very relieved and finally didn’t have to look behind him at every corner when they came for him. Due to his medical condition, the officers did not even have to use handcuffs and the whole procedure was carried out peacefully.”
