
Just wanted to post this here. I have been in Norway in december It was an amazing trip, bought a piece of Elk Meat wich i brought back to Brazil and sundried on rocksalt. Now i am barbecuing it. I believe this is probably the First time ever someone has done It. If anyone wants i can help you to replicante. I own a restaurant by the Beach @mirapraia. But i am not a chef Just love cooking.
